Job Purpose:

Drive technical sales operations for advanced networking solutions and security surveillance systems. Build strong client relationships, provide expert engineering and technical consultations, and achieve sales targets in alignment with corporate growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Market and sell networking infrastructure solutions and security surveillance systems (CCTV, storage, and security setups).

Analyze client technical requirements, design tailored engineering solutions, and prepare comprehensive technical and financial proposals.

Lead commercial and technical negotiations with clients to successfully close sales deals.

Build and expand a robust client pipeline while managing existing accounts to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.

Coordinate directly with the engineering and technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery and system implementation.

Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in networking and surveillance to suggest competitive product offerings.

Generate periodic sales reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyze market and competitor trends.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Information Technology, or a related engineering field.

2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in technical or engineering sales, specifically within networking and surveillance systems.

Deep technical proficiency in network components, switches, routers, and modern security camera systems (CCTV / IP Cameras).

Strong capabilities in technical proposal writing and client presentations.

Full professional proficiency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
